Have you had a nice Elevenses/Brunch today? Has the temperature where you are been at 34.4C . Well, it is still hot in London, time for lovely ice cold water and other drinks and for my Elevenses I had samples of food from around the globe courtesy of some food business entrepreneurs. A bit of this and a bit of that and it was all very filling.
Seychelles had a Green Curry with a special ingredient, South Africa’s own was a yummy Chakalaka, Ghana’s Jollof Rice and Special Sauce was featured and Vegetarian Courgette and Cucumber Noodles was quite refreshing. There was so much passion to create unique versions of a known dishes as well as creating new ones. It was also educational, I like that.
